Roudaina is a Senior legal Consultant with SAAS Lawyers|Avocats.
She has an extensive experience in executing legal operations within corporate setting and advising, consulting corporate clients and delivers legal advice to CEOs for assessing and mitigating potential risks, performs various legal tasks, ensures compliance with regional and global laws standards and regulations. Roudaina provides recommendations and mentor business owners leveraging legal acumen and conduct legal research for obtaining understanding on current rules and regulations domically and regionally.
She also has an extensive expertise in WTO accession issues, competition law and other international trade law and dispute resolution issues. Roudaina has been a senior lawyer with the USAID-funded WTO accession project for Lebanon, where deployed vital reforms for adherence of WTO agreements, Provided support to the Ministry of Economy and Trade regarding devising and finalising necessary accession documentation, planned and organised working party meetings as well as employed recent laws by orchestrating training sessions, promoted WTO accession among public and private sector and boosted public awareness, executed legal seminars by partnering with Ministry of Economy and Trade, she has supervised Regulatory Impact Analysis Working Group and liaised between Ministry of Economy and Trade, regional office in Beirut, and Booz Allen Hamilton office in Washington, in addition to formulating trade development newsletter and drafted reports on monthly and quarterly basis.
In addition, Roudaina has developed a wide knowledge in the field of telecom law and acts as legal advisor to one of the two mobile phone operators in Lebanon. Roudaina was between 2003 and 2012 a Senior Lawyer with the Booz Allen Hamilton Project advising the Lebanese Ministry of Economy and Trade on WTO Accession. Before that, she practiced general commercial law and litigation in several prominent law firms in Lebanon.
