Sana Sarkis is a Lebanese attorney specializing in Company and Commercial Law, Employment/Labour Law, Administrative Law, Intellectual Property Law, Contract Negotiations, Islamic Finance and Insurance(Takaful) and Taxation.
Sana provides legal services for companies specialized in Media and Television Production services in Lebanon and abroad. She is experienced in advising on, negotiating and drafting all sorts of agreements related to the Media and the Television Production business and IT contracts.
She also provides advice to clients in relation to share transfers, trading rights, intellectual property rights, Trademark and Copyrights Infringements and contract disputes.
She is currently writing a PhD thesis on Legal Risks Management in Oil Agreements.
Prior to joining SAAS, Sana was a senior associate of Awwad Law Offices which has now amalgamated with SAAS.
